Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Elite Custom Sound, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you decide your item isn’t suitable, we are here to help make the returns process as easy as possible.
Free Returns Within 14 Days
We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be uninstalled, with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at Elitecustomsound1@gmail.com with your order number, name, and detailed reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return labels.
Returns After 14 Days
If you decide to return your purchase after the 14-day window, please be aware that shipping costs will be your responsibility. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing and restocking costs. The same condition requirements apply to these returns, and you must initiate the return process by contacting us at the provided email address.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you might want to exchange an item for something else. In these cases, we will accept your return (following the same condition requirements as mentioned above) and facilitate an exchange for an item of equal value. If the new item is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
60-Day Return Limit
Please note that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 60 days from the date of receipt, with no exceptions. We encourage you to inspect and decide on your items well within this period.
