DAMAGES AND ISSUES

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@elitecustomsound.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees or damages to returned items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
